Wix Studio Statistics 2026: Agency Growth, Partners Revenue, Pricing & Market Share

Wix Studio is the version of Wix built for agencies, freelancers and designers who build sites for clients.

It launched in August 2023 with a design and development editor, multi-site workspaces and client billing tools. Wix calls it its “cornerstone Partner product.”

One thing to know up front: Wix does not report Wix Studio revenue, user counts or growth as a separate line. Its public numbers sit in the “Partners” segment, which also includes B2B resellers.

So this page uses Partners figures as the closest proxy and labels every one. Data was checked on October 20, 2026.

Wix Studio adoption: what Wix has said

  • Launch: Wix Studio launched in August 2023 (Wix investor relations).
  • First six months: More than 500,000 agencies and freelancers used Studio, according to Wix’s investor page.
  • By October 2024: More than 1 million agencies and freelancers had created Studio accounts, and most were agencies “completely new to Wix.” Most of Wix’s top Partners had built at least one project on Studio. Wix said premium subscriptions were higher than it expected, but gave no number (Wix newsroom, Oct 31, 2024).
  • Wix’s own description: Wix calls Studio its highest-performing product in recent history (Wix investor page).

All of this comes from Wix itself. An “account created” is not an active user or a paying customer, and I found no newer account count than October 2024.

Partners revenue: the best proxy for Studio

Wix’s Partners segment covers two groups: agencies and freelancers who build for clients, and resellers such as LegalZoom and Vistaprint.

It spans both Creative Subscriptions and Business Solutions. Studio is Wix’s flagship Partner product, so its revenue should sit inside this segment, but Wix does not break it out.

  • Wix puts its Partners revenue CAGR for 2019 to 2023 at about 50%, and calls Partners “the hyper-growth engine” of the business. It estimates the Partners market opportunity at more than $60 billion. Both are Wix statements.
  • Q4 2025: Partners revenue of $203.2 million, up 21% (Wix, Feb 2026).
  • Q2 2026: Partners revenue of $213.8 million, up 17%, or about 38% of total revenue of $563.1 million (Wix, Aug 4, 2026; share is my calculation).
  • FY2025 share: $750.3 million out of $1,993.0 million total revenue is about 38%, by my calculation.
  • I did not find a FY2024 figure in the sources I opened, so I left it out. Wix revised its Partners definition in Q1 2024 to exclude some enterprise revenue, which makes 2023 and later comparisons slightly different.

Growth is slowing

Partners growth went from 23% for full-year 2025 to 21% in Q4 2025 to 17% in Q2 2026. Wix’s outlook also says bookings growth will lag revenue growth “as a result of the more immediate impact of Partners softness on bookings” (Wix, Aug 4, 2026).

The release did not explain the softness or say how much of it involves Studio. The CEO’s quote in that release focused on Harmony, Base44 and Wix’s own models, with no comment on Studio.

Wix company context

  • Q2 2026: Revenue of $563.1 million, up 15%, Creative Subscriptions revenue of $398.4 million, and total ARR of $1.963 billion, up 15% (Wix, Aug 4, 2026).
  • FY2025: Revenue of $1.99 billion, up 13%, and year-end ARR of $1.836 billion, up 14% (Wix, Feb 2026).
  • Outlook for 2026: Revenue growth in the low-to-mid teens, bookings growth in the low teens (Wix, Aug 4, 2026).
  • AI products: Wix’s attention has moved toward Wix Harmony, its AI website builder, covered at launch on January 27, 2026 (Website Builder Expert), and Base44, its AI app builder. The coverage I read did not say how Harmony relates to Studio. For the Base44 side, see our Base44 statistics article.

Market share

W3Techs, which detects which platform a site runs on, showed these shares of all websites on October 20, 2026:

PlatformShare of all websites
WordPress39.6%
Shopify5.3%
Wix4.2%
Squarespace2.4%
Webflow0.8%
GoDaddy Website Builder0.6%

W3Techs reports Wix as a whole. It does not separate sites built in Wix Studio from sites built in the classic Wix editor, so there is no verified Wix Studio share.

Wix Studio pricing

TechRadar’s Wix Studio review (published February 11, 2026) listed these plans, with prices paid annually:

I could not load Wix’s own Studio pricing page today, so these are a secondhand snapshot and prices may have changed. Confirm on Wix’s site before you publish a price.

For comparison, the main Wix plans page on October 20, 2026 listed Light at $17.77, Core at $29.77, Business at $39.77 and Business Elite at $159.77 a month, billed annually, including GST for the location it detected.

Customer ratings

G2’s comparison page shows (date of data not stated on the page):

Overall rating4.6 out of 54.4 out of 5
Number of reviews83996
Ease of use8.98.1

Wix Studio’s score rests on 83 reviews, against 996 for Webflow. That is a small sample, and G2 reviews are self-selected.

What the numbers suggest

  • Studio drew agencies fast. One million accounts in about 14 months is a strong signal of interest, though it measures sign-ups.
  • The Partners segment is big, but cooling. It is about 38% of revenue and its growth has dropped from 23% (FY2025) to 17% (Q2 2026), by Wix’s own figures.
  • Share is stable. Wix holds 4.2% of all websites, with no Studio-specific data.
  • The AI products now lead Wix’s story. Harmony and Base44 dominate the latest results commentary, while Studio gets no quoted attention in the Q2 release.
  • Reviewers like it. Ratings are high, with a caveat on sample size.
